Questions for the monthly review

• Which workflow has enough evidence to move forward?
• Which workflow still creates avoidable questions or corrections?
• Are exceptions being raised at the right time?
• Does the procedure cover the errors found this month?
• Which decision right can the practice widen safely?
• How many manager hours did supervision require this month?

When a workflow advances, write down what changes. For example: “Routine benefit verification moves to 20 percent random review. The VA may resolve standard payer discrepancies and must escalate plan changes or conflicting information.”
