This Privacy Policy explains how VA Hiring Circle ("VA Hiring Circle," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit https://vahiringcircle.com/ or contact us about our services.

This policy applies to the VA Hiring Circle website and information we receive in connection with consultation bookings and direct communications. It does not govern third-party websites or services that have their own privacy policies.

Information you give us.

The VA Hiring Circle website does not currently contain an on-site contact form or account registration.

If you use the "Book a Free Consultation" link, you leave our website and use a Google Calendar booking page. Google may ask you for information needed to schedule the meeting, such as your name, email address, selected time, and any answers or notes you choose to submit. We receive the appointment details needed to hold and follow up on the consultation.

Please do not send confidential business or client data, payment-card details, passwords, or other sensitive information through the booking page or on a consultation call.

Information collected when you visit.

Like most websites, the systems used to deliver and secure the site receive standard technical request information, which can include an IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security-related signals.

The live site currently uses Cloudflare Web Analytics and its performance beacon. Cloudflare states that this analytics service does not use cookies, local storage, or fingerprinting to measure site usage, and does not track people across Cloudflare customers' websites. We use the resulting aggregated traffic and performance information to understand page use and improve site reliability.

The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those files, Google may receive technical request information such as your IP address and browser information. Google's handling of that information is governed by its own privacy terms.

How we use information.

We may use information to:

• schedule, prepare for, and follow up on consultations;
• answer questions and respond to agency-profile correction requests;
• provide and improve our content and services;
• understand website performance and broad usage patterns;
• protect the website, our visitors, and our business from fraud, abuse, or security threats;
• keep business records; and
• comply with law and enforce our agreements.

How we share information.

We may share information with service providers that help us run the website and business, such as website hosting, security, analytics, scheduling, email, and professional advisers. They may use information only as allowed by their agreements with us and applicable law.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, sale, or transfer of some or all of the business.

We do not sell personal information. We do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or use it to target advertising on this website.

Third-party services and links.

Our website links to third-party services and websites, including Google Calendar booking pages and websites belonging to agencies, software providers, and other organizations discussed in our content. We do not control those third parties. Their privacy policies and terms govern information you give them.

How long we keep information.

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining business and legal records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods can vary based on the type of information and why we have it.

How we protect information.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and privacy rights.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information that we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including the right to receive a copy of certain information, restrict or object to certain processing, or appeal a decision about a request.

To make a request, book any available consultation slot and note your request in the booking notes, or raise it with us directly on a call. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, we do not currently offer a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide any controls required by law.

Children's privacy.

The website and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Visitors outside the United States.

VA Hiring Circle is a United States-facing business. If you visit from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and other places where we or our service providers operate. Those places may have different data-protection laws from your country.

Changes to this policy.

We may update this policy as the website, our services, or the law changes. We will post the revised policy here and change the effective date. If a change materially affects how we handle information already collected, we will provide additional notice where required.
