The website offers educational material, agency profiles, directories, comparisons, guides, and information about building Workstations for business operations.

Website content is general information, not legal, clinical, medical, employment, tax, accounting, cybersecurity, insurance, or financial advice. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who understands your facts and obligations.

No provider-client relationship from site use.

Using the website, reading its content, sending an inquiry, or booking a free consultation does not by itself create a consulting, fiduciary, employment, agency, partnership, or other professional relationship. Any paid or formal engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement.

You must confirm pricing, contract terms, employment classification, payroll arrangements, replacement guarantees, references, security controls, compliance claims, service availability, and role fit directly with the relevant provider before acting.

A listing does not guarantee that a provider is suitable, available, secure, compliant, or able to deliver a particular result. VA Hiring Circle is not responsible for a third party's statements, services, acts, or omissions.

To request a factual correction, book a consultation slot and include the page URL, the disputed statement, and a supporting source in the booking notes.

Your decisions and responsibilities.

You are responsible for your decisions about processes, software, automation, AI agents, employees, virtual assistants, vendors, and Workstations. You are also responsible for appropriate human review, access controls, testing, training, legal compliance, data privacy, and oversight.
