EDITORIAL ASSESSMENT

What stands out, and what still needs checking.

Key strengths

Solo human VA; hourly/project/retainer; service fit for small businesses seeking flexible admin/workflows.

Limitations and tradeoffs

Solo operator eligible, not large agency. US Virtual24-7 Inc owner John Malson is different. Confirm backup/capacity/entity and current terms. No independent rating.

Questions to confirm before signing

Ask for contracting entity and actual assistant country; chosen role/candidate evidence; exact hours, overlap and supervision; all fees/currency/tax/setup/salary exclusions; minimum term, renewal, notice, unused-hour rules, refund and replacement terms; employee/contractor/payroll responsibilities; security controls and references for comparable work. Resolve the specific contradictions above in writing.

Management and support

Solo human VA; hourly/project/retainer. Any matching, backup, training, monitoring or replacements described above are vendor claims; response times and service levels remain subject to a signed agreement.

Security and compliance

for verified certifications. Request data-access limits, NDA/DPA, retention/deletion, device controls, incident process, subprocessors and any role-specific BAA/certification evidence.
