EDITORIAL ASSESSMENT

What stands out, and what still needs checking.

Key strengths

Published plan pricing (rare for NZ market); published Terms & Conditions and FAQ; direct Auckland contact details; range spanning admin through creative/web work.

Limitations and tradeoffs

RED FLAG - a live PHP/template error was observed on the site during review, which suggests weak site maintenance; verify the business is actively operating before paying anything. No qualifying independent review-platform record found. Currency and exact plan inclusions need confirmation. Team size and delivery model (solo vs team) unclear.

Questions to confirm before signing

Currency (NZD vs USD) and what each plan includes; who delivers the work; cancellation terms; response-time expectations; references from current clients.

Management and support

Team-based support, direct phone/email contact (agency-stated)

Security and compliance

Not published - confirm before sharing ad-account or site credentials
