What stands out, and what still needs checking.
Published entry price ($6.99/hr for eCommerce VAs); specialization in bookkeeping/accounting, eCommerce, and data entry; physical Houston address published; verified Clutch profile (5.0 over 6 reviews) and a Trustpilot record (~4.4-4.5 over ~11 reviews) - the strongest independent review footprint in this wave.
Review counts are still small samples. Full pricing tiers beyond the $6.99/hr entry are not published. Do not confuse this company with "Keach Agency" (keachagency.com), a different business with its own review profiles - its ratings were excluded from this profile. Talent location (US vs offshore) needs confirmation since the price point suggests offshore delivery.
Where assistants are physically located; full rate card by role; contract length and cancellation; replacement guarantee; bookkeeping oversight/quality controls; data security for financial information.
